An early Monday morning car crash on Highway 53 near King Road in Orr claimed the life of 40-year-old Amy Lynn Johnson of Virginia, Minn. The crash happened around 1:30 a.m.

Johnson was traveling south on Highway 53 when she crossed over the northbound lanes and went into the ditch. The vehicle struck a rock wall and several trees, then came to a rest and started on fire.
