A crash occurred on Friday, September 5, 2025, at approximately 2:48 p.m., on the 600 block of 2nd Avenue North (State Highway 135) in Virginia, Minnesota

According to a news release from the Virginia Police Department, the collision involved three vehicles.

First responders found one of the drivers — a 35-year-old woman — unresponsive and not breathing at the scene.

The woman was transported to the hospital but was later pronounced dead. The other two drivers involved in the crash suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
