Psalm 46:1 – “God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.”

Reflection:

Life can change in an instant — plans fall apart, storms roll in, and sometimes the weight of it all feels too heavy to carry. Yet in every trial, God remains steady. He doesn’t promise a life free of hardship, but He does promise His presence in the midst of it. When we feel uncertain, anxious, or weak, we can find comfort knowing God is both our shelter and our strength. He doesn’t step away when things get hard — He steps closer. Take a moment this week to lean into that truth. Whether through prayer, quiet reflection, or helping someone else, let His strength be your anchor.
