Run on the third weekend of every June, one of the most popular marathon’s in the U.S. will once again fill Duluth streets, hotels, restaurants and shops with runners, their families and friends coming from all over the world.

The 50th running of the iconic Grandma’s Marathon will take place with a full field of runners. All 9,500 entries were filled in 12 hours, beating the former record to fill the race by 876 hours.

The Garry Bjorklund Half Marathon filled all 7,000 entries in 75 minutes.

The Full Great Grandma’s Challenge’s 500 entries were gone in 92 minutes and the Half Great Grandma’s Challenge 500 entries were sold out in 48 minutes.
