This GovDelivery serves as a friendly reminder that the FY2026 CDBG Pre-Application period is scheduled to close on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, at 4:30 P.M. Applications received after the deadline will not be accepted. Please note that it is free to apply and all applications are received through our online application located on our partner site, ZoomGrants.

Project beneficiaries must be located in St. Louis County but outside of the City of Duluth as the city receives their own separate CDBG funding. For additional information regarding CDBG, project priorities, and application instructions, visit the St. Louis County CDBG webpage linked here. Said link also provides access to the CDBG Eligibility Map which assists applicants in determining low-to-moderate income areas within their community.
