What an awesome week of fishing we had this week! All walleyes this week and it was a blast! First timers to the lake and first time walleye fishermen! Even had my first shore lunch of the season!

And just like that, June is over! This was the best month of walleye fishing I have ever had on Vermilion and it’s not even close!! I have never seen Vermilion fish this well before and it’s only getting better every season! With that being said….its bug hatch time.
