Ranch-Flavored Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Ingredients:

1 cup raw pumpkin seeds (rinsed and dried) 1–2 tablespoons olive oil (or melted butter) 1 tablespoon

dry ranch seasoning mix (like Hidden Valley) Optional: ½ teaspoon garlic powder or onion powder.

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Clean and dry pumpkin seeds completely. Toss seeds with olive oil or butter, then add ranch seasoning and optional spices. Mix well. Spread seeds in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Roast for 25–35 minutes, stirring halfway, until golden and crisp. Let cool completely before storing in an airtight container.

Tip: For a stronger ranch flavor, sprinkle a little more ranch seasoning right after baking while seeds.
