ESTHERVILLE, Iowa (July 22, 2025) – Students attending Iowa Lakes Community College this fall are getting a major financial lift, as the Iowa Lakes Community College Foundation has awarded over $1 million in scholarships for the Fall 2025 term.

A total of 602 scholarships have been awarded to 358 students, with $1,020,567 already disbursed and additional awards expected throughout the academic year.

With more than 150 scholarship opportunities and 96 donor-supported funds, the average award per student is $2,850, helping students across the region access a quality education without the weight of financial burden.
